Robert J. Suhosky, Col. Ret.

President

As President of NEI, Mr. Suhosky has successfully managed projects from bid, design, and into construction. As a long-time client of VA services, he brings invaluable insight into the VA improvement projects.

Mr. Suhosky has over 38 years of project experience. He has received special training from the DOD Defense Systems Management Course, Navy Postgraduate School, Monterrey, CA, U.S. Army Command & General Staff College, U.S. Army Advanced Army Comptroller course, and U.S. Army Special Forces Officer and Airborne course.l
In addition to his military career, he has extensive experience in construction, site development and permitting, financial management, building construction, construction management, and site and infrastructure development. He has successfully managed commercial, industrial and residential building projects. His experience includes building renovations, building construction, parking lot development, traffic studies, equipment replacement and utility electrical/mechanical projects.

Thomas Reilly, Jr., P.E.

Principal

Mr. Reilly has over 30 years of experience in the management and design of engineering and environmental projects. His expertise includes transportation, waste water, structural, site development, and environmental services. His recent experience includes management of several complex multi-million dollar industrial
and residential projects which required coordination between government agencies, utilities and technical specialists. Mr. Reilly has extensive experience utilizing Department of Transportation procedures and design standards.

Joseph Durkin, P.E.

Principal
Mr. Durkin has been the project manager or design engineer for sewer design, storm sewer and storm water management projects throughout Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania. He has extensive experience with Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection regulations and permitting
requirements. Mr. Durkin has also provided construction phase engineering for his projects. He is an experienced financial analyst with particular expertise in alternative analysis, cost estimating and feasibility studies.

Dale Englehart, P.E.

VP of Technical Operations

Mr. Englehart brings 28 years of design engineering experience to the firm. He is responsible for the oversight and implementation of the QA/QC process from the very beginning of each project. He possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills which allow him to serve clients in extraordinary ways He has served as project manager on numerous projects, including six with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
